Subscription Terms

1. Agreement and Termination

By subscribing, you agree to the terms and conditions for accessing and using EmergingTextiles.com.
Either party can terminate the agreement at any time by giving notice to the other party.
Termination will result in the loss of access to the website, and no refunds will be provided.
There is no automatic renewal at the end of the subscription period.
Where a subscription agreement has been signed separately between the subscriber and EmergingTextiles.com, that agreement prevails over these terms in case of conflict.

Single Subscription: Provides access to conventional fibers and yarns for one user only, strictly for personal use.
Team Subscription: Provides full access to content for up to three collaborators of the same entity with professional email addresses under the same domain. EU and US apparel databases are not included. Sharing access details or sending data to others will result in the termination of the subscription.
Corporate Subscription: Provides access for ten collaborators of the same group or organization with professional email addresses and a unique domain name. Access is not granted to subsidiaries or entities with different domain names.

Data supplied by EmergingTextiles.com should not be sent to anyone outside the company or entity, including other entities of the same group or organization with different domain names.
Data can be shown to suppliers and customers for ongoing negotiations.
A Corporate Subscription allows the creation of an internal database with EmergingTextiles.com's data, accessible to all collaborators of the same entity with an identical domain name.
A customized datasheet can be provided upon request, limited to a selection of 30 products.
The URL for accessing the customized datasheet should not be transmitted to any other entity.
Where a subscription includes API access, each user retrieves their API key from their account on the website. API keys are personal to the subscription, must be kept confidential and may be used only to bring the data into the subscriber's own spreadsheets, systems or applications for internal use, within the limits set out above.
Custom reports, watch lists and the outputs of the data assistant are subject to the same restrictions as the data they are built from.
Accessing the website by automated means other than the API provided, extracting all or a substantial part of a database, and using the data to train, fine-tune or evaluate automated systems, including machine learning or generative models, are not permitted.

Subscribers are responsible for all uses of the website using their password.
Passwords must be kept confidential and not shared with others. Breach of this restriction will result in immediate termination of the subscription for all subscribers of the same entity.
Personal data provided for accounts and subscriptions are processed as described in the Legal Notice.

Copyright and similar rights in the content of the website are owned by EmergingTextiles.com.
The price databases are also protected by the sui generis right of the database producer under French and European law.
Subscribers are permitted to print or download extracts from the material for personal use only.
Data should not be disseminated or reprinted without express permission from EmergingTextiles.com.
Posting content to social networks or other publication systems requires prior written consent.

EmergingTextiles.com can add or change the content of the agreement, with notifications posted on the website.
Users are responsible for referring to and accepting these changes.
The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page.

EmergingTextiles.com does not provide warranty or assurance regarding the operation, quality, or functionality of the website.
The website's accessibility may be interrupted, restricted, or delayed for any reason.
EmergingTextiles.com strives to include accurate and up-to-date information but does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
EmergingTextiles.com disclaims responsibility for any direct or indirect damages or losses arising from the use of the website or its material.
To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of EmergingTextiles.com for any claim relating to a subscription is limited to the amount paid for that subscription during the twelve months preceding the claim.
